Obituary of Mrs. Balambigai Sivasangaranathan

Balambigai Sivasangaranathan died peacefully on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at the age of 90 years. Balambigai Sivasangaranathan was a kind and patient woman with a passion for education and religious observation. Balambigai Sivasangaranathan was preceded in death by her late husband M. Sivasangaranathan.

Balambigai Sivasangaranathan will be lovingly remembered by her children, Manjula Nathan (V. Nathan), Kausala Balakatheeswaran (S. Balakeetheswaran), Shama Pararajasingham (late P. Pararajasingham), Uma Sundareswaran (S. Sundareswaran), Niranjula Kugathasan (T. Kugathasan), and Hariharan. She will also be fondly remembered by her five grandchildren, Sivagamy (Andrew), Saiesan (Myuri), Umeshaa, Ghajan,and Karthik and two great-grandchildren Easan and Keenan. 

Balambigai Sivasangaranathan will also be forever remembered by her numerous extended family and family friends.

Visitation in memory of Balambigai Sivasangaranathan will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 5 pm to 9 pm at Ogden Funeral Homes, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough, OntarioThe funeral service will be on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 9amto 11am also at Ogden Funeral Homes followed by cremation at St. John’s Norway Crematorium, 256 Kingston Road, Toronto.
