Though we never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Muthusamipillai, it wasn't necessary to know what an extraordinary and loving father he was to Tanya and how much he was loved by her and his family. Tanya spoke about him often, always in a glowing light.
Spending just a small amount of time with Tanya, you know that she was "raised right"; Tanya and I attended law school together under somewhat similar life circumstances, and the generosity she showed towards me immediately, and the kindness she showed towards everyone I have ever seen her interact with, I can only imagine has much to do with the generosity and kindness her father demonstrated every day. I can only imagine how proud he is of Tanya - her family, her character, kindness, and education.
Judging by the visitation service, he had many people who loved, respected and cherished him. We are all inspired by his life story and his beautiful family.

This is his way to saying goodbye to the ones he loved so dearly. We lost a wonderful humanbeing. A brave soul. The love for my uncle don't go away, he will walk beside us every day, unseen ,unheard ,but always here. So loved, So missed, so very dear. He is very special and will not be forgotten . It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of our Dearest Friend Raju(Roger). My two brothers and I have known and cherished his friendship since his school days in Jaffna. He was a Charismatic, Jovial and Lovable person one could ever meet. His sense of Humor and Positive thinking was superb. He was, as the cliche goes 'born with a silver spoon in his mouth'. He Lived and Loved his life to the fullest. His Dear wife Rema and daughter and son Loved him Dearly and he did so too. Kudos to them for having Lovingly nursed him and kept him comfortable till the very end. He will be surely missed by all of us. May HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE.

It is with great sorrow that we heard of Roger's passing this afternoon. We will always remember Roger with a smile on his face no matter how much he suffered. My deepest sympathy is extended to Roger's family . I have photos and fond memories of trip I took with him to the U.S. Southwest and I will always remember his sense of humour and good nature.
