WINCH, Billie Fortune - Passed in his sleep at home, with his family by his side, on December 22, 2018 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Marion Ferriman. Loving father to Lisa and Linda and cherished grandfather to Brittany and Adam English. Predeceased by his sisters Doris Brown and Anna Storms and brother Douglas Winch. A service will be held at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East in Scarborough on Saturday, December 29th with visitation at 9:30 a.m and service to begin at 10:30 a.m. Please plant a tree in Bill’s honour.
