Peacefully  passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Ajax-Pickering Hospital.  

Cecil loving husband to the late Florence.

Father of Karen, Stephen and Bryan.  Lovingly remembered by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Private service to be held.
