Obituary of Mr. France Kwee John-Chuan
JOHN-CHUAN, FRANCE KWEE HOW YAT HON April 22, 1937 - November 21, 2018
France John-Chuan passed away on November 21, 2018 at the age of 81. He was well cared for at Centenary Hospital. France is greatly missed by Denise, his beloved wife of 54 years, his children Andrew and Karen and her husband Darren. He was a doting grandfather to Devan, Lauren and Jack. Born in Mauritius, France was a teacher and loved football. He was the eldest of 8 children and will be missed by his siblings Madeleine, George, Jessie, Marc, Gisele, Josiane and Mary Jane. In 1974, he courageously moved his family to Canada and started a new career in accounting. He retired in 1997, travelled and helped care for his grandchildren.
Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday November 28 at 11:30 at Blessed Sacrament Church (24 Cheritan Avenue, Toronto).
Family and friends will be received at the church from 10:30 to 11:30.
