Obituary of Mr. Rupert Chance
CHANCE, Rupert, age 66. With sadness the family of Rupert announces his passing on November 25, 2018 at Scarborough General Hospital. He was the son of the late Chief Inspector John Rupert Chance of the Guyana Police Force and Alvena Naomi Chance of Seven Oaks Retirement Home, Toronto. Survived by his beloved wife Elva, he will be deeply missed by his daughter Stacey Morrison, son-in law Irving Morrison, grand-children Naomi and Noah, step children Tina, Shelley and David, step sons-in-law, Anthony and Dean, many step grand-children. His brothers Compton, Kenrick, Kenton and Sherlon Chance, his sisters Marie and Alison Chance, Yvonne Wintz and Dessie Fanfair, sisters- in-law Thelma, Diane and Kim Chance, brother-in-law Ron Fanfair, aunts Emily Osei and Patsy Eveleigh, beloved cousin of Claude Raphael of Georgetown, Guyana, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family (overseas and Guyana) and friends. Rupert was a very humble person, he loved to dance, listen to his oldies music and play dominoes.
