Obituary of Mr. Charlie Thompson

THOMPSON, Charlie Alexander. With sadness the family of Charlie announces his passing on November 14, 2018 at the Rouge Valley Hospital-Centenary site. Beloved husband of Carol Carter and father to Holly Colleen Jean Poitras, loving grandpa to Justin and Brody, Vincent Robert George Thompson, loving grandpa to Quinlan, oldest brother to Leith, Bill, Kerry, Maureen, Lynne, Kevin, Melba and friend to many. Charlie was born on Dec 22, 1948 in Regina, Saskatchewan. A fearless ironworker who took pride in helping to build Canada. A big thank you is extended to the caring staff at the Centenary Hospital who cared for him until the end. Cremation has already taken place. A Celebration of Charlie's life will be held on Sunday December 2nd, 2018, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 614, 100 Salome Drive, Scarborough.
