Jubal is with the Lord Jesus!
Our unshakable confidence in the truth of this statement is foundational to our Christian faith and to our joy in the time of sorrow.
Memories of Jubal warm my heart. It was a true privilege to serve him as his Pastor for several years. Jubal gained and maintained our sincere respect and love. His warm smile and words of encouragement were a constant source of blessing.
Jan and I are praying for Coralie and all the Phillips family during this season of grieving. We are believing God will give each one of you overflowing measures of His grace and comfort.

My heartfelt condolences to every member of the Phillips family (immediate, extended and adopted). Like many, I will treasure the time spent, jokes and laughs shared, and fond memories built up over the years of knowing dear, sweet and 'playful' Jubal. Boy, could he tell a story! To ease the pain, may God's grace continue to be sufficient for us all in the days, weeks, months and years ahead without his physical presence in our midst.

Coralie, Wesley, and Kevin,
On behalf of my wife, Tanisha, and children, Matthew, Liya, and Lilyann, I would like to express sincere condolences to you all during this time of grief.
Our prayer is that God will continue to comfort, heal, and strengthen you during this difficult time.
Jubal was a beacon of light to me and others as he was not shy to tell others about Christ. I found comfort and strength in knowing that I had a fellow brother in Christ in the workplace!
We will miss his kindness (he gave my son Matthew his first children's bible), his telephone calls, his visits, his Christmas rum cake, and ginger beer!
