I had the pleasure of teaching Jen's 3 beautiful children, Nathan, Jonah and Pheobe. Jen was an exceptional teacher who seemed to always have patience and time for everyone. In the 14 years I had known Jen, she was always smiling!!!! You fought so hard Jen now R.I.P.

Dear All Those Who Loved Jenn,
I didn't know Jenn directly but have known of her for many years. My sister-in-law Sara Gipp shared many wonderful stories of her time with Jenn and her children's "Auntie Chicken". I know how much Jenn meant to Sara and what a loss her passing has caused in her life and many others. I hope that these small words of comfort will let you know that Jenn's life has affected not those in her immediate circle but even people on the periphery. This Dr. Seuss quote, one of Jen's favourites, will remain for me an example of Jen's dedication as a born educator. It also stands as a belief she held as she moved through the world as a Mom, a wife and a beloved friend and family member.
As a teacher at Norman Ingram, Jen led the staff and students on the path to ecological stewardship, combining her love for literacy and a focus on demonstrating empathy and compassion. Her colleagues and the hundreds of students who benefited from her expertise are truly blessed!
She cared a whole awful lot, and the world is better for her having been in it!
