Tears Water Our Growth ... Shakespeare
Dear Cancer: I hate you!
So I write the words with hate; I try to hit the Send button, but I delete the words.
So I write my the words with anger; I try to hit the Send button, but I delete the words.
So I try to write the words with rage; I try to hit the Send button, but again I delete the words.
Finally I write the words in a language cancer could not, will never defeat ... Love.
Cancer changed everything, and yet nothing.
For cancer was not able to change, lessen, defeat, destroy the essence of John and the life that was lived. It only shortened the duration.
We’re all going to lose loved ones in our lives. But you have to realize and accept early in your lose, that no matter how much time you spent with or thinking of them; how often you told them you loved/appreciated them, it will never give you the consultation that it was enough. The Grief will never end...it’s impact will lessen as I learn carry its weight daily. But I carry the burden as Grief is the last act of Love. Where there is deep grief, there was great Love.
It’s only when something is highly valued is it missed so much when it is taken from us. Our future will never be the same.
I carry your Heart in mine, even now, always.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathies for your family's loss.
We were fortunate to have met you both at Gerard and Rita's wedding.
God saw him getting tired and a cure was not to be. So he put His arms around him and whispered "come to me". Although you loved him dearly you could not make him stay. A golden heart stopped beating. God broke your heart to prove to you He only takes the best. Judy, hold tight to the memories for comfort and the love of those around you to help you through the days ahead.
