Having now notice the passing of my very good friend Mr. George Pusey, I wish to convey my sincere and deep sympathy to
Mrs. Pusey whom I had the occasion of meeting through George at one of his child's birthday. This is Lennox Seepaul. I had the opportunity of working with him at the University of Toronto Warehouse in Summerhill, Toronto. During that time he was working
full time and attending York University part-time and since I was also persuing my studies and the fact that we were both West Indians meant that we had something in common. Sometimes after work I would give him a ride to my apartment, offer him a cup of tea and off we went to York University. I was able to observe that George was hard working person and a family man who mentioned something good about his children and family as a whole everyday. Those were challenging days and being in Canada in the seventies and early eighties were even more challenging, but we shared a lot of good moments. Up to this time I think very good of him and his passing away without having seen him at the end is even more sad. "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty". May God bless him and keep him in his Shadow.
