Obituary of Mr. Giuseppe Lamberti

Lamberti, Giuseppe (Joe) passed away in the company of his family the afternoon of May 14^th, 2018, at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare.  He leaves his loving family; wife of 45 years Angela Lamberti, son Michael Lamberti, and daughter Laura Lamberti (fiancé Mike Avgerinos).

Giuseppe, known to friends and family as “Joe,” was born in San Vito sullo Ionio, Calabria, Italy where he lived his first 16 years. In 1973, he married Angela, and in 1978, they settled in Scarborough where they raised their children.

Joe had a varied and distinguished 34-year career with Air Canada until his retirement in 2010. In his free time, Joe was an avid handyman, gardener, cook, and card player.   

Out of respect for Joe’s wishes, the details of the visitation and service are being kept private.

Joe’s family wish to extend their sincere appreciation to the personnel of Toronto General Hospital, the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, and Bridgepoint Active Healthcare, for their professional and caring service
