Obituary of Mr. Walter Couch

Peacefully on April 23, 2018, at Shepherd Lodge, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Muriel (nee Billinger). Loving father of Donna. Brother of Roy and his wife Gladys and the late Howard Couch and his sister Ada Manchip. Walter was retired from Canada Post, as a letter carrier, after 26 years of service. He was a very proud member of Alcoholics Anonymous for nearly 50 years. In his retirement years, Walter volunteered at Scarborough Grace Hospital, delivering the mail. Many fond memories of the cottage and fishing, up on Lake Nosbonsing were made over the summers. Friends will be received by the family at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Ogden Chapel. Interment Queensville Cemetery. Donations in Walter's memory to World Vision or the Terry Fox Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.
