Obituary of Mrs. Charmion Cowan

COWAN, Charmion Olivia (nee TUCKER) 1932 - 2018 Passed away on March 23, 2018, at her home at 53 Castlemere Crescent, Toronto, Ontario. She was the wife of Campbell B. Cowan. They shared 62 years of marriage together. Born in Toronto, Ontario she was the daughter of William and Olivia Tucker. She graduated from Eastern High School of Commerce in the City of Toronto. As a young woman she was employed by the T.T.C. and Canada Life Assurance. She enjoyed all forms of creative arts and was particularly skilled at Pastels, Oils, Watercolour and Oriental Brush Painting. She was also an accomplished seamstress. She will be remembered for her creative skills and talents, tireless enthusiasm and quiet unassuming manner. She is survived by her husband Campbell Bruce Cowan, sons Bruce Arthur Cowan and Barry Stuart Cowan and his wife Maureen, sister Patricia Rule (nee Tucker), brothers-in-law Barry Rule and Cameron Cowan and grandchildren Dharma Olivia Cowan and Alexander William Cowan. She was predeceased by her sister June Porter. Funeral Services will be at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt, on Thursday, March 29th at 2 p.m., with visiting one hour prior.
