What can be said about Detective Donald Bell that hasn't hasn't already been said. He was a great man, husband, father, investigator, and a mentor to a throng of young aspiring police officers. He made the work place interesting and an enjoyable place to be. There was never another, quite like Don, after he retired in '87. I was fortunate, to get together with Don at different functions, or he and I would just meet up for breakfast. We just lost one of the truly good guys, and he will be sorely missed. My sympathies for Don's family, and friends. I myself, will miss Don greatly, but have a lot of great memories to lessen the load. Rest in peace Don.
