Obituary of Mr. Erik Simundson

Surrounded by family, Erik passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 25th at Sunnybrook Hospital. Beloved husband of Susan and cherished father of Lisa (Lino), he will be dearly missed by brother Peter (Sandra), sister-in-laws Rosemary and Janice (Ron), mother-in-law Mary as well as many nieces, nephews and cherished pets, Peaches and Thor.

Erik's viewing will be at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Avenue East) on Thursday, March 1st  from 7-9pm  with a final viewing from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday March 2nd  at St Paul's Anglican Church (227 Bloor Street East) and a service to follow at 1 p.m.

The family wish to express their gratitude to all the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital for their care and compassion throughout Erik's journey. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Sunnybrook Hospital's Odette Cancer Centre.
