"Every (wo)man's life ends the same way. It is only the details of how (s)he lived and how (s)he died that distinguishes one (wo)man from another." Ernest Hemingway
Philu, in her quiet and unassuming way, has always been an inspiration to me, as she shouldered her daughterly responsibilities, bore her lengthy illnesses and managed to find happiness in the enjoyment of books, pets and loving family. I will always remember her as my oasis of peace, quiet and contentment, when as a little girl, she gave me freedom to escape into the pages of her extensive collection of books in the verandah.
God Bless and Keep you in His Loving Care, Phil.
Our deepest condolences to all of Phil's family.
Ernest, forgive me for tampering with your immortal words,
with love,
Patricia and family.
