RIVIERA, Phyllis M. —Peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 with family by her side, in her 85th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Orville of 60 years. Dear mother of Edmund, Terry (Brenda) and Rosemary Lopez (Francois). Cherished "Nannie" to Jerry, Gabriel, Dontrell, Eldon (Teresa), Cherysse Manu (Kwame), Sheena, Jarett and Terence. Fondly remembered by her 9 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Gloria and step-sister Opal. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family will receive friends and relatives at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Friday, February 3rd from 5-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Timothy's Anglican Church, 4125 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Saturday, February 4th at 10 a.m. If so desired, donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
