It is with heartfelt sympathy that I write these condolences to the Oakes family on the loss of their loving husband, father and grandfather. Our families have been friends for many decades sharing holidays, birthdays, vacations, pool parties and cottage memories. Bill was a wonderful friend and will be missed immensely.
