Peter John HOLLOWAYToronto - Peter John Holloway, 79, died on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the North York General Hospital in Toronto following a lengthy illness.He leaves his wife of 49 years, Anne (MacMillan) Holloway; his son, Sean Holloway, his daughter, Gillian Holloway and his grandchildren: Liam, Elijah, Claire and Cameron; and many close friends and family. Born in Toronto and raised in Collingwood, the son of James and Eva (Lovejoy) Holloway he was a longtime resident of North York, Toronto.Peter was a longtime cottager on Georgian Bay's Petche's Beach along with other family and friends. He loved travelling with his wife Anne in their Airstream trailer and attending rallies across North America.Peter worked as an Accountant for many years, ending up with Vroom Construction who built many of Florida's iconic condominiums.A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 17th, at 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Ogden Funeral Home Chapel, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough (in Toronto).
