Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday November 15, 2016. Bernice has joined her beloved husband Paul, who predeceased her in 2009. Cherished and loving Mother to Michael (Jenny), Kathy (Jim) and Brian (Anne). Bernice loved her grandchildren and will be dearly missed by Erin (Charles), Brooke, Kyle, Alison, Amanda, Hayley and Cassandra. She also loved her great grandchildren Tziporah, Ashira, Daxton and Blair. Bernice will also be missed by her brothers and sisters as well as their spouses, along with her many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. With tremendous strength Bernice endured and overcame many health issues over the last few years. She did this with determination, humour, grace and dignity. Mom had a full life, one with rich memories for all of us to treasure. Family and friends are invited to gather at Ogden Funeral Home – 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough on Sunday, November 20 from 2-6 pm for visitation and funeral on Monday, November 21 at 11 am at St Isaac Jogues Catholic Church, Pickering . In lieu of flowers, family are requesting donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Parkinson Canada.
