RICHARDS, (Mary) Ida —May 18. 1944 - November 9, 2016Ida passed away peacefully at Scarborough Grace Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday, November 9, 2016, in her 73rd year.Dear friend of Margaret Newell. Beloved daughter of the late Ruth (Moynihan) and Charles Richards.Loving sister of the late Walter (Eleanor) Richards, Jim (May) Richards, Eleanor (Dick) Turpin, Bruce Richards, Murray Richards and Donald Richards. Lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Gail Richards, Donna Richards and Wanda Richards.Ida will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.Ida was a long-term employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia. Her connections and deep friendships were a blessing to all. Ida was cherished. She will forever be remembered in her role as family archivist. Ida's kind and giving spirit will be truly missed.The visitation will be held at Ogden Funeral Home at 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt, Ontario. Visitation will take place from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2016, followed by the Memorial Service in the Ogden Chapel at 3:00 p.m.If so desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Sick Children's Hospital.Condolences may be made online at www.ogdenfuneralhome.com
