BARRETT, Dave —
David “Dave” Bronson Barrett, age 69, formerly of Scarborough, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Markham-Stouffville Hospital. Beloved husband for 45 years to Linda (Mundell). Cherished father of Andrea (Marty) and Jennifer (Colin) and loving grandfather to Logan, Avery, Layla and Quinn. Dear brother of Stephen (Pat), uncle to Michelle and Christopher and brother-in law to Rick (Hania). Longtime employee of Bell Canada, retired since 2005. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by friends and family for his sense of humour and ability to light up a room.
Visitors will be received at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Church, 56 Lawson Road, Scarborough, on Sunday, November 6th from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Church on Monday, November 7th at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Uxbridge Cottage Hospital.
