Mr. Selvadurai Saravanamuthu was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka and later lived in Toronto, Canada. He passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family members in Toronto on Thursday 27th October 2016 at the North York Hospital. Mr. Selvadurai had an accomplished career as a teacher, principal, poet, and author.
He is the beloved husband of late Mrs. Meenambal.
He is the devoted father of Kalayini, Kaladharan, Prabhalini, Krupalini and Prabhakaran, and loving father-in-law of Sivakumar, Padmini, Sivaseelan, Kirupakaran, and Sivashankary.
He is the loving grandfather of Athithian, Shayagi, Seyon, Athman, Archayan, Thileepan, Sharavanan, Athirai, Arthi and Maathumai.
