MICHAEL HAZEL Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 with his loving wife Lella and family at his side at the age of 51. Proud father to Thomas and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents Richard and Barbara Hazel. Survived by his siblings Rick, Evelyn and Joseph Harte, Dale, Dean, George, Sharryl and Brian Riley. Son-in-law of Joe and Maria Iacobellis, brother-in- law of Nunzio and Rosemary Iacobellis. Michael will always be lovingly remembered by family and friends. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. (east of Kennedy Rd., Scarborough), on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 5 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Ogden Chapel on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Hospital for Sick Children would be greatly appreciated.
