May 28,1948 - September 23, 2016
Terry passed away peacefully at Ontario Shores Centre, Whitby, ON , after a lengthy struggle with dementia. He will be remembered for his compassion, intelligence and wit. Dearly loved husband of Laurie (Nelson), caring father of James and his wife Jacqueline (Russo), and proud grandfather of Hudson Terrence. Loved brother of Frances Thomson, Heather Todd, and the late Patricia Hammond (1989). A celebration of Terry's life will be held at St. John's Presbyterian Church, 410 Goldhawk Trail, Scarborough, ON M1V 4E7 at 10 a.m., on Thursday, October 20, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or St. John's Church would be appreciated.
