I met Bill at John Buchan Senior Public school when I was in the 7th grade. For most everyday of the first two months of school we would arrive at 730am and play soccer together working on keep-ups and ball control. Bill was a fantastic soccer player and human being. He led by example and didn't have to say much for me as I respected him on the pitch and saw him as a leader and good friend. The world lost a beautiful man in 2016 and may all his loved ones enjoy beautiful memories and heal in their own time.

To Bill Jarvis, My great friend, and a wonderful and loving Father to his dear daughter Brooklyn, and great son to his Mom Clarina, and a great brother to Leon and Stephen, and great friend to us all. Bill and I have many memories over the last 39 years. Bill was always a leader in life and always someone I could depend on. Bill always put others first before himself and always cared for his Mom, daughter, brothers, family and friends. Bill worked hard his whole life and Bill never gave up for one second throughout his life. Bill always had a positive and strong outlook on what he was doing, who he was helping and supporting and where he was going. I always told Bill that I Loved him and he will always be with me and I will always cherish our memories. We made a great duo with our Highland Heights/Agincourt Soccer Team, Striker and Inside Right,... often times we were unstoppable, and rose to triumph and victory on the Soccer field. Now its Time to Rise to Triumph and Victory into the Hands and Love of our Almighty God and his Beloved Son Jesus and our Holy Spirit that protects and guides us. Rise to God Bill and Rest In Peace. Love to the big brother I never had growing up. We shared so many great times together as kids and into our early 20s. Break dancing, soccer (still makes me smile that my team beat your team in the indoor final), listening to early hip hop before most knew what it was, bringing me back tapes from KISS FM and WBLS each summer, Lam jams, house & block parties and just hanging out. Some of the best days of my life and I'll treasure them always. Sad we drifted apart but thankful we were able to reconnect in the last year and a half. Strength to your amazing Mom, your lovely daughter and all that you inspired and made smile. Peace Bill.

Bill growing up your smile was very infectious, you were always willing to help and always were happy, I haven't seen you over the years but we randomly talked on Facebook, you will sadly be missed by your friends and family, you're in Gods hands now so Rest in Peace. XO
