SIMMS, Hugh Edward —June 12, 1926 - May 20, 2016 On Sunday, May 22, 2016, after touching an extraordinary number of people for close to 90 years, Hugh Edward Simms left us. He leaves behind his wife Gretta of 67 years. He will be missed by his daughter Jennifer (Glenn), son Nigel (Roberta) and daughter-in-law, Susan (Tony). He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Erin Lee, Ryan, Taylor, Carlin, Harrison, Kirsti and Dillon and great-grandchildren Aidan, Ashlyn, James, Henry, Teddy, Benjamin and Grayden. He now joins his eldest son Arrol. The family would particularly like to thank the entire dialysis team at Sunnybrook Hospital who took care of Hugh for more than a decade. There will be a visitation at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Agincourt), Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Parkwoods United Church (85 Parkwoods Village Dr., Don Mills), on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
