FERNANDO, Hector —While on his way to volunteer at a local food bank, passed away suddenly at the age of 82 on April 28, 2016. He was kind and caring and tirelessly helped others. If you called, he would be there. He will be deeply missed by many around the world. He leaves behind his loving wife Daphne and was the beloved father of Penelope, Elizabeth, Jennifer and Aldrin and devoted step-father to Dolores, Rory, Maxine and Karen. He was the grandfather to 18 cherished grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He was loving brother of Dulcie. Predeceased by his wife Aileen and his sister Rachel. His strength, resilience and generosity will be remembered by all of his family and friends. Visitations on May 4-5, from 5-9 p.m. at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. Funeral Service May 6, 2016 at Toronto East Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4548 Sheppard Ave. E., Toronto.
