MARGARET RITA PEREIRA
May 10 1933 – February 13 2016. Lovingly known as Maggie/ Momsie, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Maggie will be dearly missed by her devoted husband Thomas (Tom) Pereira of 59 years. Momsie was a loving mother to Mildred (Eric), Stephen (Mala), Maria (Hilary) Gregory (Karen) and James. Darling Grandmother to Erhan (Andrea), Michael (Deb), Siobhan, Stefania, Craig, Jonathan, Shannon, Desiree and Elkan. Adorable Great Grandmother to Gabriel, Arden Rose and Kingsley. Visitation will take place at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, ON M1S 1T3 between 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on February 15 2016. A Funeral Mass will be held at Prince of Peace Parish, 265 Alton Towers Circle, Toronto M1V 4E7 at 10:15 a.m. on February 16 2016. Private cremation will take place later.
