Obituary of Errol Tony Charles

Errol (Tony) Charles (76) from La Romaine Village, Trinidad (now Pickering), passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2016. May, his wife of 51 years, was by his side. He is predeceased by his mother Leonora.
Tony is survived by his children, Germaine, Calvin (Michelle), Malcom, Carol (David), grandchildren Tanesha, Aaron, Tyler, Tia Rose, Milena, and Connor. He also leaves a sister, Linda Charles, his dear cousin Curtis, and three nephews.
Special thanks to the staff at Orchard Villa Long Term Care for the care provided to Tony, especially Lorna, Camille, Carla and Rose.
Friends will be received at Ogden Funeral Home (4164 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON) on Thursday, February 18, 2016, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Rosewood Church of the Nazarene (657 Milner Avenue) at 11:00am. A reception will follow in the church hall.
Interment will be at Erskine Cemetery (North/West corner of Fairport Road and Finch), in Pickering.
In recognition of Tony’s love of his homeland (Trinidad & Tobago), the family asks that you wear something in Red/White/Black.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tony’s name to Parkinson Canada, to assist in funding research for Multiple Symptom Atrophy (MSA).
