Obituary of Darlene Shah

Darlene Shah (nee Pustam) (born June 27th, 1945) passed away peacefully at the Scarborough General Hospital on Tuesday, October 13th, 2015, with her beloved soul mate/husband, Kadir Ameer Shah, and her loving daughter, Camille Madeira at her side. Darlene fought a courageous battle with lung cancer the last 3 years and is now at peace with her divine maker. Darlene is predeceased by her dear parents, Jagnarine and Jagwanteah Pustam; her son, Ian Anton Shah; and four siblings; Krishna, Sharma, Amarjoot and Indra Pustam. She leaves behind: her son-in-law, Paul Madeira; her beautiful grandchildren, Rachel and Dominic; her brothers Roopchand, Vishnu and Teeluck Pustam; her sister, Gulzin Seebalack; her dear friend Cynthia Santokie; and her many, many dear family, friends and people worldwide whose lives she touched.
