MITCHELL, Ken (Kenneth) E. —Of Toronto, ON, suddenly at home on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the age of 85. Ken was the loving husband of Elise (nee Knight) for 55 years; father to Kurt (deceased), Jacqueline (Micah) and Paul (Dana); grandfather to Aleksander, Jonaton and Nicolas; and brother to Carole (Michael). Ken enjoyed a 42-year career at The Bank of Nova Scotia. After retirement he volunteered at the North York General Hospital and has since served with great pleasure as a Director at Rideau Carleton Entertainment Centre in Ottawa. His wisdom, good nature, friendliness and sense of humour made him loved by everyone. Visitation Wednesday, September. 30th 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and funeral service Thursday, October 1st at 1 p.m. at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Salvation Army would be appreciated.
