I read with interest the death notice of Arthur in the Toronto Star. I write because as I read I see he had a brother Teddy who predeceased him. Many years ago on a hot Sunday afternoon when my family and I arrived at the mouth of the Credit River in Port Credit a very sad scene was unfolding. It was the drowning of a young boy named Teddy Tugwood. I spoke with his bike companions all of which had ridden from central Toronto to that site to go swimming to cool off. Is it at all possible that the Teddy mentioned in the notice is the same Teddy who drowned that day and was Arthur's brother? I am now 83 years old and have never forgotten that incident, and have prayed for Teddy on many occasions. Tugwood is not a common name and so caught my attention. I will pray for both now. Sincerely, Ron Lehman.
