To Dar's Family: My heart goes out to you. Dar was a wonderful and gentle person. I worked with him at BLJC for more than 10 years. He was the kindest soul I have ever met. He never had anything bad to say about anyone and never seemed to get stressed out even when we were working late and on very little sleep. He was always ready to help out whenever and however needed and always with a smile. I even jokingly asked him if he ever said "no" to anyone. And he just laughed. He was always very thoughtful, the first to offer to get us dinner or a Starbucks to get us through a late evening so that we could deliver on time the next morning. And he always had the kindest smile and never complained. I think I pushed him out of his comfort zone as I was always interested and asking him questions about his life outside of work, his clothing stores, and his shopping trips to Asia. Although Dar was a private person, please know that he touched so many people not only through his work but also with his caring and gentle personality and his kind smile and he will be missed. With deepest sympathy, Tania Penney
