MAHAFFY, Lillian Mary - Passed away peacefully at home, with family at her side, on March 30, 2015, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of 58 years to Ronald. Mother of Carolyn (Mark Bailey), Janet (David Decker) and Robert (Laurie). Grandmother of Eric and Ryan, Matthew, Jamie, Sarah and Andrew. Sister of Trish Barton and Sylvia Jones. Lillian was a former teacher with the Scarborough Board of Education and belonged to the Retired Teachers of Ontario. She was a member of the Graduates Bridge Club. Lillian enjoyed cross- country skiing and was an avid traveller, having been to many places around the world. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Friends and family will be received at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Wednesday, April 1st from 10 a.m. Service in the Ogden Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment at Prospect Cemetery. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
