BRABERS, Theodorus (Ted), FCPA, FCMA - Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2015 just short of his 88th birthday after a brief illness. Loving husband of Elizabeth for over 60 years and father of Robert (Karen) and Maryann. Proud Opa to Graeme, Victoria, Russell, Marlies and Gillian. Ted was a Veteran of the Royal Dutch Marines and continued to serve as Secretary of Contact Marines Canada. He was involved in many professional and business organizations and served as Director of DUCA Financial for two decades. The family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Friday, March 13th from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service in the Ogden Funeral Home Chapel at 12:30 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
