SEEBARAN, Betty Lachminia - Passed away peacefully on March 3, 2015 at the happy age of 93. Born in Cane Grove, Guyana, in 1922, Betty moved to Toronto in 1986, where she lived a life full of grandchildren, cooking and gardening. Wife to the late Sonny Seebaran, beloved mother of Jean (Jim), Lenny (Pamela), Jai (Fameeda), Chitra (Walter), Harry (Lisa), Ranjit (Patsy), Sandra, Indra (Subhas) and the late Harold and Babsi. She is fondly remembered by her 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren who live across Canada, the United States and Guyana. The family would like to express thanks and appreciation to the staff and caregivers at Shepherd Village, where Betty lived for the last 3 years. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Ogden Funeral Homes, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East. Funeral will follow at 8:30 a.m. Monday, March 9, 2015 at the same location. Cremation to follow.
