ACCIARI, Pearl Rose - Born in Toronto, October 30, 1924, passed peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on February 16, 2015 in the presence of family. Beloved mother of Julie Michell (Bill) and Anne Ross (Pete). Adored "Nana" to Merissa, Katerina, Danielle, Serena and Corey. Cherished auntie and dear friend to many. Pearl will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her for the amazing, funny and feisty lady that she was. Much appreciation to nieces Theresa, Lin and Pat for their abundant love, dedication and support of Pearl and the family; to the wonderful staff at Scarborough Retirement Residence; to Dr. Clasky and Dr. Doobay and to the amazing ER and ICU staff at Scarborough General and Markham Stouffville Hospitals for their empathetic and attentive care during this difficult time. It gives us comfort to know that Pearl now joins her beloved husband Giulio in heaven. Visitation at OGDEN FUNERAL HOME, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough, on Thursday, February 19th, 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Ogden Chapel on Friday, February 20th at 10:30 a.m., with a lunch reception to follow. Donations, in lieu of flowers, to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
