HOLMES, Hedley (Ted) Nixon - Born August 1, 1929, Lyttleton, NB. Peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2015 surrounded by loving family and his devoted wife of 62 years, Helen (nee McAlister). Loved and respected by his 5 sons and their families: Tim (Wendy nee Klassen, Hillary and Marcel, Jessica); Peter (Dalyse, Jayme); Greg (Cris nee Ng, Samantha, Nicholas, Connor, Taylor, Kaylee); Jeff (Lisa nee Kelly, Sarah, Amber, Sydney); Mark (Marina nee Miranda, Nixon, Noah). Loved as Papa by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren (Ayva, Kaitlin, Ryder, Alexander). Founder of Touchdex International and Kingsway Agencies, Ted will be remembered for his sales ability and business integrity. Hedley's life influenced many to the glory of God. "Well done thou good and faithful servant. Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord." Family will receive guests Friday, January 9th, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Toronto, ON. A celebration of Hedley's life will take place on Saturday, January 10th 12:30 p.m. at Toronto City Church, 36 Curity Ave., Toronto. The family appreciates donations to worldimpact.org and lifetoday.org in lieu of flowers.
