ANTAZO, Maria Thelma (Chuchi) (nee Alvarez) - 1949 - 2014 Passed away Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto. Beloved wife of Bonifacio (Jojo) and mother of Friedrich. Also survived by her mother, Carolina; aunt, Josefa Alvarez Dabu; sisters, Anita and Cheryl; brothers, Raoul and Antonio; and cousins, nieces and nephews and other relatives in Canada, the Philippines, USA and New Zealand. Visitation at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough, on Thursday, November 13th, 5-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 265 Alton Towers Circle, Scarborough, M1V 4E3 (nearest main intersection is Steeles Ave. E. and McCowan Rd.), on Friday, November 14th at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment at Christ the King Cemetery, 7770 Steeles Ave. E., Markham, L6B 1A8 (entrance on Ressor Rd., corner of Ressor Rd. and Steeles Ave. E.), followed by a reception at the Prince of Peace Parish Hall.
