RUDY, Edward - 1940 - 2014 Passed away peacefully on September 10, 2014 following a brief battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Val, his wife of 44 years. Loving father of Susan (Dave) and Carole. Cherished grandfather of Mikayla. Edward will be fondly remembered by his many friends and former co-workers at Philips Electronics, where he worked for 43 years. Special thanks to the ninth floor nurses at Centenary Hospital. Family to receive friends on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. East, Scarborough (East of Kennedy). Private burial. In lieu of flowers, donations made to The Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
