After a long courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, September 7, 2014 in his 63rd year. Cherished husband of Patricia (Dinan). Proud father of Christopher (Elizabeth), Andrew (Sandy) and daughter Erin. Survived and dearly missed by his brothers Paul (predeceased Lyn), Joe (Janice) and Jim (Sue). Thad will always be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Olive Baker. A special thank you to all family, friends and caregivers who supported Thad throughout his journey. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Prince of Peace Roman Catholic Church, 265 Alton Towers Circle, Scarborough (South of Steeles Ave., off McCowan Rd.), on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11a.m. with visitation at 10 a.m. at the Church. Private interment to take place at a later date. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada, www.prostatecancer.ca would be greatly appreciated by the family.
