BOTELHO, Herminio Arruda - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the age of 80 with his adoring wife at his side. Beloved husband of Ermelinda Almeida for 55 years, loving father to Filomena (Don), Joe (Nancy) and Susan (Chris). Predeceased by his son-in-law Ozzie Luters. Proud grandfather to Grahame, Morgan, Courtney (Claudio), Connor, Caitlyn, Margaret and Bridget. Herminio had a rewarding career as a chef at the Princess Margaret Hospital and continued his culinary skills after retirement. He was an avid, talented and passionate gardener; his incredible dahlias, calla lilies and tomatoes will be missed. Herminio will be lovingly remembered by his siblings, relatives and many friends. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. (east of Kennedy Rd.), Scarborough, on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 130 Bathurst St. followed by Entombment at Prospect Cemetery.
