FONSECA, Patrick - Peacefully passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 with his wife Antoinette (Toni) by his side. Devoted father to Stephanie (Leon) and Marissa (Dev). Proud papa to Cassius and Neriah. Patrick was very proud to be part of the extended Fernandes family. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. At Pat's desire, his body will be cremated and laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Ceremony will take place later this summer. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
