HUGH, Alvin (Awa) Everett - With deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Alvin Hugh on Saturday, May 17, 2014, in his 99th year. Beloved husband of Ulex (Ule), loving father of Cheryl (Jim), Jennifer (Bruce), Clare (Mark), Deborah (Roger) and Brian and devoted grandfather of Suying and Beatrice. Visitation at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, on Thursday, May 22, 2014, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, 142 Markham Road, Scarborough. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).
