ROSS ROBERT DIXON 1934 - 2014 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ross Robert Dixon on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Sunnybrook Hospital, in his 80th year. Predeceased by his father Austin Joseph Dixon, mother Gladys Helen (Moore) and brother Edward Dixon. Beloved, loyal and dedicated husband of Joan Lois Dixon (nee Handson). Much loved father of Sharon (Kevin Keary), Janice, Robert and Paul (Leslie Horsburgh). With great love, Ross enjoyed every aspect of life with his family. He put all their needs first with a kindness and generosity that was beyond any expectation. Words cannot express the loss felt at this time by his wife and family. Ross was born in Toronto and went to East York Collegiate. He played football for the East York Goliaths. Ross was a teacher and Vice-Principal in East York for 37 years. He valued education and touched the hearts of peers and students alike.
