SRINATHAN GANANATHAN April 11, 1927 - January 2, 2014 "To live in the hearts you leave behind, is not to die" Nathan passed away peacefully at Shepherd Lodge, during his 87th year. Beloved husband of Joyce Gananathan (née Casinader). Dearly loved father of Ranjit (Randy) and Michelle Gananathan, Gina and Skandha Fernando, Savitri and Ravi Ponnambalam, Romona Gananathan and Zeenat Janmohamed. Cherished grandfather of Dru Wijemanne, Dimitri Wijemanne, Andrew Nathan, Dinusha Wijemanne, Lochana Ponnambalam, Nadya Nathan, Jennifer (Gigi) Zhong, Richard Gananathan, Ravin Ponnambalam and Shari Nathan. Precious great- grandfather of Daziya, Dynizty and Daytez Wijemanne. Fondly remembered by extended family, friends and colleagues in Canada, Sri Lanka and around the world. Friends may visit at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt (East of Kennedy Road), ON M1S 1T3 on Sunday, January 5th from 4-8 p.m. and Monday, January 6th at noon. Funeral Service to follow at 1 p.m in the Ogden Chapel. If you wish, donations may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB).
