McDONNELL, James Henry III - It is with great sorrow we announce the sudden passing of James on Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Beloved son of the late Jimmy and Helen McDonnell. Precious and loving husband of Linda. Cherished and devoted father of Leah. Loved deeply by sister Linda (John Bentham) and brother Neil (Julie Coussons), mother-in-law Mildred Hilgendorf, brothers-in-law Kurt Hilgendorf (Sylvie Martin), Paul Hilgendorf and Karen Hilgendorf (deceased). A true inspiration and beloved uncle to his many nephews and nieces and their families. He leaves behind many good and devoted friends. Friends will be recieved at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the Ogden Chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto Star Santa Claus Fund would be appreciated.
