FRY, Isobel Jean (nee Reid) - March 14, 1927 - October 8, 2013 Passed away peacefully at Scarborough General Hospital on Tuesday evening after a short illness. Isobel was predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Reid, her sister, Evelyn and her four brothers, Jack, Robert, Kenneth and Joseph. She is survived by her sister, Eileen Ardill, her brother-in-law Ken Ardill, her sister-in-law Mrs. Ivy Reid (Joseph) and numerous loving nieces and nephews in various branches of the Reid family. Isobel was a longtime employee of the old Dominion Bridge Company in Toronto and Montreal. In her later working years she was employed by Upper Lakes Shipping as a Corporate Secretary. The family wishes to thank the staffs of Bendale Acres (6th floor) and Scarborough General Hospital for their kind care of Isobel in her final days. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (East of Kennedy Rd.) on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 from 10 to 11 a.m. with a Memorial Service to follow in the Ogden Chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, we gratefully suggest a donation to the charity of your choice in Isobel's memory.
